• Russian Orthodox Church Reports at Least 3 Cases of AIDS Healing by Faith

The Russian Orthodox Church has known of cases in which AIDS has been miraculously healed, the Interfax news agency quoted Moscow Patriarchate spokesman Archpriest Vsevolod Chaplin as saying on Friday.

I believe in miracles, but he claims they were healed because of touching a shrine or the like, and that you can't get sick from touching such a holy icon. Good news for those who prefer the common cup, I suppose, but somehow, I doubt the accuracy of that statement. I see nothing like it in the Bible.
